Need QR rear dropout kit - somewhat of an emergency
Quote | Reply
Hi, I am competing in whistler this weekend and have bent my rear derailleur hangar.

QR can’t get it to me by Saturday. Any other ideas?

Cant you get it bent back either on your own or with a shop?

If you don't have the proper tool and bolt through a piece of metal angle or square tube should do it.

Bike mechanic reckons it may snap.

I’ll probably just use it as is in an emergency and not be able to use easiest gear

I have bought from them before. In your situation, I would call and do next day air!

Just a shoutout to QR who sorted me out. I sent them a Fedex waybill and they made a special trip to drop it off

Great customer service

You always get a person, they answer the phone etc.
