I don't know if any are on here, but my experience with their online service has been excellent. If you send a message through their website, you should hear from them very quickly.

Thanks That has been my experience so far - but ordered a small part in early June - they told me I would not be charged until it is shipped - Was charged July 15 and called today - 3rd call - to get update and the rep said she did not know if the part has left China yet.... she did now really seem to know where the product orders are. Will take your advice and email - have always called.

LOVE all my ENVE stuff thou,,

Thanks that is the number I have called several times and ENVE cannot locate the part I was charged for on July 15th - the agreement was I would not be charged until it was shipped - called today again and they cannot confirm is the part is in USA or still in China. Thanks again Graham

Tell them to reverse the charge and charge you when they have the part.

That certainly is one option but have had many great experiences with ENVE until now - just want to give them as much room as possible. Thanks Graham

If a company says that they won't charge me until an item has shipped, that's what I would expect them to do.
