5K TL on 2018 P3

This is a pretty specific question, but this seems to be the place with the most expertise.

2018 P3
rear Flo90
GP5000 TL 700x25c

When I take my stock wheel, with a 700x23c Gatorskin or GP4000sII, I can mic it to 0.90"
Putting the 5K TL, 700x25c on my Flo, I measure 0.80"
Cervelo website lists the max size for a P3 at 23c, but it seems the new 25c is narrower? Also, that website is from 2016, and I heard the 2018 P3 frame is slightly different, so maybe there is more clearance in the chainstays than the 2016 frame?

Tonight, when I mounted the TL 700x25c tire and put it on the bike, my tire/frame clearance looks as good as with the previous Specialized Roubaux 700x23c (this is what I was replacing), and even looks better than with the trainer tires mentioned above, which have been mounted on the stock rim for indoor Zwifting. I did not have to alter the dropout screws at all.

Not the expert on this, and don't want to ruin my frame. Double checking this combination, and perhaps the new tires are "accurately measured" and the older Conti's were actually a bit bigger than reported?
