I searched "nutrition" this morning and it came back "no results"
I'm like, these guys don't care wtf they eat!
So then I had to Google "How to Google a specific website" (site: slowtwitch.com nutrition) It worked, they do care!
I still don't know whether to bring the rice cakes or the calamari.

In a meantime type in "site:forum.slowtwitch.com/forum/Slowtwitch_Forums_C1/Classifieds_F2 something_I need_goes_here" into Google.
So for example "site:forum.slowtwitch.com/forum/Slowtwitch_Forums_C1/Classifieds_F2 omega x" returns 326 results
