Not sure if it matters to anyone, but the ruling was posted yesterday to allow the use of the Morph Tec (the bar can morph between basebar and aerobar) for ITU sanctioned non-draft legal races. It passed the necessary testing for approval. I've yet to see widespread use of this bar in the wild yet, but at least the road is paved for those wishing to use it...
