70.3 Pacing at Altitude

Hey all,

My next race up is Challenge San Gil. The race course is around 7000ft going up to around 8000ft on the bike course. I've trained at altitude before in previous life as distance runner for a month in Park City, UT (and ran at times close to 10000ft), but never biked before and never raced before at altitude especially after little to no acclimatization (pros are arriving only on thursday before sunday race so not much time I think to acclimatize). Wondering how you would adjust pacing strategy on bike in terms of target power. So for instance would you drop your target power by 5%, 10% or just not go by power at all and go all by feel.
