Training Advice - 70.3 to Full IM in 3 Weeks

I completed IM 70.3 Mont Tremblant yesterday and have a full IM in 3 weeks' time in Vitoria. I have never had 2 long races so close before, so looking for some advice & opinions on how to train during this short turnaround. My initial thought is a little light exercise midweek, then a heavy weekend before I start to taper for the full IM.

Sounds about right.
I did a hard 70.3 four weeks before Kona. I had an extra week to work with, but this sounds close to what I did. Worked out just fine.

I’d focus on recovery as much as possible.
I double you can acquire much fitness at this point before the full IM, but you can certainly wreck yourself.
