Just looking to pick the minds of some of the fitters here. I’ve had a professional bike fit on my TT bike but also love to tweak and tinker it.
I know there is some expectations for lower power on the TT bike vs the road, but I can’t seem to close the gap between the two.
So one of my questions: Are there any angles that’s translate well from road fit to TT bike? Should my knee extension angle match up? Hip angle?
For context, I rode a hard climbing on my road bike last week, 26 minutes long. Later that week, I rode a flat TT, 52 minutes long. The TT wattage was 19% lower. And I also understand it could have been a fitness/fatigue issue.
