GFNY Pops two

Interesting story on one guy trying to test as his twin brother.

At any rate, good to see GFNY spending on testing

Only one of these with double letters but a new triathlon name on USADA has two A's, perhaps that rule is limited to triathlon??

No double letters but look how wide apart the eyes are............ See it now?

Props to Uli for fighting the good fight!

2/60 testing positive in an amateur event is kinda depressing. One of the guys didn’t even shave his legs, but shoots EPO....crazy.

Why do you need to register to view USADA's High Risk Supplement list? Seem like they should make the list easy to view.

Possibly may regret posting his email and phone number on there if the course cutting runner thread is anything to go by.

But does clearly show that there is no way that Age Group tri is 'clean'. Which isn't something I truly worried about, I assumed it was the odd person out of the entire field, but now I'm thinking it's a 'fair percent' of the place getters.

Yeah when 2/60 who are "randomly" selected are EPO doping that makes me a little more pessimistic about what triathlon looks like on the pointy end than I had previously thought. Wonder if he was electing not to race triathlon professionally to stay further away from drug tests too. Also the fact that his profile says former triathlete makes you wonder if he was somehow forced out but it was kept quiet?

It's not the first time twins have tried to dupe us in a sporting event...

It's not exactly "random." They test from a group of those that they think have a strong possibility to place in the top 10 overall or in an age group.

I think they want "proof" that you accepted the terms and conditions of the list.

FWIW, a lot of the amateur bike related ones in fondos have involved non-Americans from central/south American countries.

One of the biggest group busts was the Tour of Costa Rica with lots of ticos going down.

So........there's that. Or does it just seem like that part of the world has a lot of busts?
