Why flawed? If you finish the ride and don't want to save anything just delete the files.

Well in a perfect world (mine anyway) it would just continue to write over the oldest file on the card, regardless of what session it was from. Although it is a completely different product, my security cameras work that way.

Am I safe to assume there is no setting that allows for this?
