I have searched the usual forums and the advice is coming across as 50:50 on road or tri bike for this race. My question is to the more recent participants, how did you find the bike course, what did you race on and were you happy with your choice?
For what its worth I have completed several IM distance races on my tri-bike (including a hilly Wales course) but never used my road bike. The climbing I have no issue with but the twisty descents are not something I have raced on before, thanks in advance.
