Swim Bike Run commute (then reverse :)

Put a SBR commute plan I cooked up into action and it was great.

Swim: Kitsilano pool is open, and I will be able to swim at 5am soon, but for now I just closed the place night before.

Bike: From the pool I rode to Emily Carr where I locked the P5X up for the day. Don't worry I bought a cheap helmet just in case that gets stolen. Pix on my instagram ;)

Run: On flats, I ran (incl a latte stop) to where my bike-lane car is parked in Burnaby. Jumped in the car and finished the commute via the highway.

Then after working did the reverse, ended up at the pool. Really felt like a mini-race and a lot of fun.

A work day is not rest. I use a stand-up desk with a stool. My legs felt like lead @5pm coming out of the car. T-man Taren is right, us amateurs don't have enough recovery time!
