Swimming has always been one of my strong disciplines however i do recognize my kick is very week and I believe may be why I don’t do as well on the bike. One thing I am working on that is not so important in triathlon swimming is my kick (I swim w masters ) I believe my ankle flexibility is holding me back and also believe the running aspect does not help w ankle flexibility.
