I remember when my first wife and I bought our first television satellite, one of those original 10 1/2 footers back in the late 1980's we got a couple of porn stations for the first time. We watched it for a short while but it got old really fast.

I once walked in on my parents back in the eighty's watching a VHS porn tape. They have been married almost 50 years and are still happy together. My wife and I have (not regularly), and our relationship is great.

I'm watching with my 16-year-old. These scenes are so cringey we chat about other plot details while they're on. They do run through a lot of plot exposition during the hot stuff, I guess thinking no one will notice.

Reminds me of a friend telling me years ago of when his girlfriend decided that she was interested in watching one of his porn films. She picked up his remote and pressed "play" and dropped into the middle of a scene of someone fisting with a prosthetic hand. Apparently that was a bit too much for her...

I remember it mostly always the same people appearing in the films. I guess that's they were called "porn stars", because they made so many films. Worse yet, there was no plot ever involved, just take off your clothes and get to it and nobody would ever win an acting award in those productions. The two porn channels that were on our dish package back then were 24/7. At first it was a novelty but after a couple of months we hardly ever bothered.
