Power in cycling vs running
Saw someone discussing power in rowing vs cycling, which got me wondering:

how does cycling power relate to running power for people on ST? can you hold the same power on the bike as you can on the run? How is RPE and BPM for the two?

They are different. Different sports, different muscle utilization.

Typically power and HR are higher during running than cycling (most folks have different zones for each sport). Cycling HR is also lower since you are leaned over so less work pumping against gravity (next time you are in a sauna, go from sitting with elbows on knees to standing and watch your HR change). In my case 150BPM is moderate running pace (chatting with friends), while in cycling it's right at my LT.
