Yes - I'm working on some new pads for various elbow cups. These are some prototypes for extra cushion. Just trying different density rubbers and materials to see which is the most comfortable.

How does it handle different extension adjustment(bottle overhangs)?

The elbow cups are on top of the tubes so they don't interfere with placement. Unless the extensions have been cut off in the back the hydration will fit perfectly. If cut it may hang back a bit.

Will the hydration work if you use the tilt kit?

Also, is there a min distance between the bars that you must maintain for the hydration kit?

It will work with the tilt.

The standard spacing of the extensions will work. The elbow pads will not effect fit.

All the orders in our system for the new Hydration Set were shipped today 2 day service in hopes you will have them for the weekend.

They turned out better than I had hopped for. Tightens up the front end, no sloshing, beautiful color. The cages are great and will not let the upper bottle eject.
