Tri short for the rivet (Update)
Okay, this may be a strange question, but does anybody make a tri short for riders who ride solely on the front of the saddle? I don't need all that extra padding in the back because 90% of the time I’m in aero position on the rivet. So in reality i only need about 2 inches of padding. Any recommendations?

Just wanted to say, the HUUB DS is absolutely the best short I've ever owned (thanks for the recommendation HVP). I liked them so much I just bought a second pair and will only use these for my long rides.

Dumb question, but if you're in tri and not limited to the UCI setback rule...........why?

The taint on fire is a product of saddle rules for time trial, for people who bother to abide by it OR people bound by the rules competing in it.

The problem shouldn't be nearly as bad in tri as with TT.

But, either way I'd still search for the most comfortable clothes. Just making sure the problem isn't worse because of that.
