They would be illegal as the thigh panels of that suit are 10mm are they not? They cannot be greater than 5mm.

I have a blueseventy swim/run wetsuit. I emailed them and confirmed that it is tri legal. They said it is, but it isn’t really the right wetsuit. I’ve done 8 training swims in it and I wouldn’t use it for a tri. I have a ROKA, and it is a much better wetsuit. It should be at 2-3 times the price, and it is purpose built for tri’s. No knock on blueseventy, I'm sure their tri wetsuits are great too.
The swim/run wetsuit isn’t any easier to get out of for me than a full wetsuit, and isn’t as fast in the water, so I don’t see any advantage in using it at a race.

Thanks for the reply I had a feeling that was right. The suit looked interesting with double zippers, short legs.
