Yes. 54 worked. But have a chance to start fresh.

Saddle height : 75.4 cm
Saddle set back 1.1
Saddle armrest drop 9.5cm
Saddle- armrest 50cm
Arm rest extenextension 30cm
Armrest width 18.5 cm

And sorry I had 120 cm stem.

Which saddle were you using to get those numbers?

I'd rather see a picture but I'm going to go out on a limb and say that a 54 is too small for you.

I am 5’9”, and a 54 fits me well. Go for a 56.

I am 5-9 and a 48(51 would as well) fits me well

point being, what fits one does not fit another, necessarily, hence why we all have our own personal fit numbers/ OP should get the size that lets them hit theirs

if only there were a thread to help people fit properly aboard a cervelo! ;-)
