I’ve got this bike but in a medium large. If I remember correctly, the stock weight was just under 19 pounds. I’ve made a few upgrades to saddle handlebars and wheels, and it now sits just under 15.

My lady has the PR2 center lock disc wheels on her Liv. They roll nicely, have required no maintenance in over 2 years, but weigh over 1900gms. The tires were a bit heavy. I suspect you can take a pound off in the wheels and tires.
