Ryan Hall gave an excellent interview on a recent Forward podcast. Talks about his transition into powerlifting, weight management in running, adapting 4 girls from Ethiopia, and much more.
Fantastic to hear from Ryan after his career ended. It's interesting to get his thoughts on running overall, performance, and health now that he has a transitioned out of the sport and has a bit of a different perspective.
If you don't like the podcast host don't listen, but lots of value listening to Ryan.
He has an interview on Tina Muir's podcast as well. Both are very insightful.. I think in a way he's giving back more now that he is retired, than when he was running. His thoughts on nutrition are interesting as well.
