St. George was rolling start, but my previous two 70.3 were age group start.

It's a mix with rolling seemingly becoming a greater % of the starts

IM 70.3 Ohio was an age group start in 2017, but changed to a rolling start in 2018.

Eagleman is rolling, too.
Geelong is usually waves based on age group.
This year was rolling based on age groups (ie, one AG went off in a rolling format, then the next AG left, on a rolling start, meaning that by the last AG, they left 15mins after scheduled.) Originally, and in previous years, the race was supposed to be AG Waves only, but for safety reasons [sea urchins in the shallows] the moved it to rolling, 2 at a time.
