FSA bb90 press-fit question/break in period?
Building a new speed concept and I installed and FSA bb90 bottom bracket this morning. When unpacked the bearings the one side did not feel super smooth compared to the other.I was hoping after it was installed and the cranks were in and preloaded that would possibly go away but it has not. The shop is insisting that there's a break in. But it is not a tight feeling and it is not the whole way around it's that one spot and when the crank is in you can not only hear it but you can feel it. This bottom bracket has a plastic outside edge that butts up to the frame but also spins with the bearing itself for reference.

That's pretty much standard for an FSA BB IME.
After it breaks in you'll have 3 notches.
At which point you'll buy ACBs from https://wheelsmfg.com/...ts/trek-bb90-95.html

HA! That's a whole other subject. That's what I asked the bike shop to order and when I showed up to pick it up they said we got FSA instead. I hate that shop!!!!
Now they just keep saying ride it till there's a issue.... GREAT ADVISE.
