I was looking more for forging and cnc companies to produce some new components - so that worked out well.

Crazy number of e-bike companies. There will be a lot of money lost in that segment once the market shakes out.

O design has some really cool stickers. Booth q0102.

Were there many disc brake time trial frames on show? Niche market but would like to see some pressure on the big boys so we move down from 8 grand entry level bikes.

There are some disk brake open mold Tri bikes and a few name brands but nothing I saw that would lead me to believe cost for these bikes would go down.

I think we will see a repeat of the dockless public hire bike bubble with e-bikes. Tons of bikes dumped on the market without the required demand. Both ideas have real benefits if properly executed but in the rush to market there is no time for proper execution.

I only did a quick 1 day walk through the show.

Alot of e bikes as mentioned. Road race all disc brakes. A 3d printed tri frame with a similar concept to tri rig dragon fly. But a 2 piece design with more normal riser to bar bore clamp so not a seat post riser design.

Didnt see much of production ready disc tri. Nor the supplier who copied my legend design. I imagine more will be found at taichung bike week in November.

Lots of hub, rim, wheel suppliers and some cool looking full carbon road shoes. Tops also made of carbon.

And some cool new road and spd mtn power pedals coming from a taiwan company.

Mostly ho hum to be honest.
