it's actually not 4pm Pacific. it's 3:55, 4:00, or 4:05 depending whether you're a B, C or D rider. i'll be riding D sweep today.

we had too many east coast people who couldn't want that late in the evening. and too many early riser west coast people (like me) who couldn't wait that late in the evening.
