So I'm in Southern Europe on a training camp and I noticed that my HR doesn't come up to normal. Did some intervals in TT position and spiked at 149BPM. On the trainer back home I reach 186 upright and 176 in TT position. Bike back home is a 54 frame whereas the one here is 58. Don't have a PM so I don't know wattage wise but there's a race here on Sunday and I´d like to participate. Any ideas on how to improve the situation? My glutes/hips starts to burn which they never do back home.
