Ordered in November, picked up in February and finally surfed last Thursday.

Clicked right away.

Her chubby younger sister (which is always more fun to ride) should be done next week.

For anyone who cares the dims are 5’8 x 19 1/2 x 2 3/8 and volume is somewhere around 29L.

It is. In fact it’s so short that I paddle it with my hands while laying down. I can only stand on it when it’s planing.

I did lots of windsurfing (never wave surfing) and almost all boards have only one fin. Why do you have 4?

Your fins play a big role in your board’s performance. From our experience, fins account for nearly 40 percent of your board’s performance. Switching out your fins, or your fin configuration, plays a big role in how your board is going to perform.

Reading between the lines, I think fins play a role in performance of the board. ;)

I'm from the midwest--this is interesting to me. What is a thruster fin?

I dont surf, but all my mates do.
No ACL in my right knee (snapped while playing field hockey at 13) makes it impossible to turn a board, so I never got into it.
Just a quick question, how many board do you have?
My mates who are around 45-50 y/o all have at least a dozen boards. Some have 30+, but those guys have both short boards and Mal's
