Think it's time to replace the bearings in my Flamme Rouge Hed Stingers and the bearing in the headset of my P5-3. Where can I buy those ?

Can I get the same thing in an industrial bearing shop ?

I replaced my P5 headset bearings with a simple FSA set. Still have the box actually, the numbers on it are: 121-0345 // 400310026330, https://www.fsaproshop.com/...FSA-Orbit-Headset_53
