Cervelo with Rotor BBright 4624

Wondering if anyone else has had an difficulty with crank spinning freely with a new Rotor BBright 4624 steel bottom bracket.

I can only get 2.5-3 revolutions with a quarter finger spin and no chain.

I'm not 100% familiar with that BB (hopefully others will chime in), but this behavior is normal for some brackets. I know Shimano BB's tend to spin forever, and others only go around a few times. How the crank spins when it's not under a load isn't necessarily indicative of a problem.

I have never counted revolutions, but I get respectable spin times with our Rotor cranks (30mm spindles) with Hawk Racing BBs in our Cervelo n.P3s ...

I used to have one - never had a problem with cranks spinning. I’ve since switched to the Wheels Mfg threaded BBright, which I like a lot better
