Sounds like good advice, and it is fortunately externally cabled (gears)

Not sure why geometry hasn’t copied over will try again

It is new tiara 4700 with the weird pull ratio but apparently microshift do bar end shifters that are compatible

Seat position wise current seat posts has a ridiculous amount of layback (according to bike fitter almost had to change it to get ok road position) and on a specialised romin evo saddle which is fairly aggressive anyway, so may just get a second seatpost with minimal setback and an ism saddle if can get comfy on existing one

Anyone got any advice on decent (cheap cockpits)
