I’m trying to bring my swimming up to par with my run and bike so looking for a swim coach.

Currently living in Salzburg.

Anyone in Austria that might know?

I did a quick search on Swimmersguide, and found some Masters Swimming.
If you've already done this, maybe you can contact the coaches of the age-group kids to see if anyone does private coaching.
