Hoka direct order - fulfillment center issues?

A few weeks ago, I ordered directly from hoka.com a pair of the Bondi 6s.

Paid 2 days shipping, when box was received, it contained a pair of Men Uggs Slippers. Called Customer Service, after some back and forth they agreed to semd me what I ordered the same day and return the Uggs (they had originally wanted me to return the Uggs first, before they shipped me the Bondis)

This week I order a pair of Hoka Mach 2. Got the delivery last night. The Hoka box is labeled correct with the right size (11m), but when I took the Mach 2 out, they looked small and they are size 9.5.

Both time the box comes with no invoice, no packing slips. Nothing other than the Deckers tape on the outside

Called customer service last night and again today and their "systems" have been done both times.

Anyone else have experience poor service from Hoka lately?
