If you have the time, ST classifies and eBay. EBay is a more liquid marketplace, but charges a percentage of the sale price (ST is free). Check out sellers like TheProsCloset.

Same here. Forums classifieds (you usually need a minimum of "presence" first to be able to post in many forums classifieds), Facebook specific groups ( Tri, bike, swim, etc...) and Ebay.
