A new excuse for lying

Quote:
The board voted unanimously to throw out the November results between Republican Mark Harris and Democrat Dan McCready after Harris, an evangelical minister from Charlotte, admitted under oath that he misspoke in testimony earlier in the day. Harris blamed the error on a recent sepsis infection that he said caused two strokes and affected his memory.

Strokes can affect memory. Whether he's telling the truth or not no idea

Curious, what is he lying about? The name doesn't ring any bells.

There’s no election fraud.

I heard that from someone, can’t quite recall who....

He didn't misspeak, he flat out lied! Not to mention, he threw his son under the bus in the morning, then in the afternoon, he did it again. What a P.O.S.! I thought my rep (Price) is a lying sack of crap, but Harris takes it to a whole new level. Thing is in this state, it will never change - "Meet the boss, same as the old boss".

There is no significant in person voter fraud. This case in no way changes that. And requiring ID would not have prevented it.

But I'm betting you already knew that.

Who said anything about ID?

And btw, the vote shenanigans that went on here we’re done with absentee ballots. If you had to vote in person and show ID they could not have done this.

Either way, I’m not in favor of voter ID laws. But for some reason some people think that because I hold one view on one subject that is in line with certain political groups then I must hold all the other views attached to those groups.

I call those people “simpletons”.
