70.3 Puerto Rico 2019

I see different answers, but I think it's because the race used to be in April when the water is warmer.
Was the swim wetsuit legal in 2018? I've read yes, and no!
This years race is on 3/17/18.

Any help would be appreciated.

I did the race in March 2017 . . . I emailed the local race director. He said that in 20+ years of directing races in PR they have NEVER had a wetsuit legal race.

2018 no wetsuit

I really dont believe that will ever be wetsuit allowed.
