From about November-March I wear Hanes (cotton) boxers. Once we go from the 40's & 50's to the 80's+, in a space of a week or so, I transition to CoolKeep or Target's version because of something we call "swamp ass".

Nothing worse than getting out of the shower and having it when you put on a dry pair of boxers. Or, standing outside in the furnace (otherwise known as the Sandhills), and you feel/see sweat running down the backs of your legs.
