HM progression strategy

I have 3 half marathon races 3 weeks apart each. How would you go about this when 3rd is your A race at 6:25 pace?

Plan A:
Race 1) run first 1/3 the race at 6:25, finish the rest for 6:45 average
Race 2) run first 2/3 the race at 6:25, finish for 6:35 average
3) 6:25 steady

Plan B:
1) 6:45 steady
2) 6:35 steady
3) 6:25 steady

I plan these methods as I stink at negative splits

Setting aside how you race HM #3, I would suggest working on your weaknesses in #1 and #2. Not much sense working a lot on your strengths.

The point is to get *some* miles in at your goal pace, yes? So try starting off each of #1 and #2 at the slower pace and let the faster paced block come... well... whenever it comes. If that's mile 3 then great. If that's mile 9, great as well. Hold the faster pace for a few miles so that when it's done, you can slow back down to 6:45 (or 6:35). Don't hold it so long that you're forced to slow back down to 7:45
