Hello, always asking complex questions
Could you tell me if these cda estimates are good?
Also, if the complete data is good.

The training was
1:40 bike, 3x15(70.3 Test) minutes with 5 minutes of rest.
Go down to run 20 minutes strong and 20 soft ones.
After those bike numbers I did 20 minutes at 3:30 and the total 40 minutes at 4 minutes on average.

The estimate is of best bike split
First round
In favor of wind, straight

Second round
Wind against, straight

Third round
Circuit, had wind in every way. against, in favor, braking and curves.

Very very thanks

Given that they fluctuate between hour record holder (0.167) and barn door (0.300) I'd say they are not very accurate.

Hi yes
The second and third are very similar
The first talves as had wind in favor did not go with the head very low.
If not, it is not something to trust the best bike split
Very very thanks
Rafael

It's not that I wouldn't trust BBS but maybe some of the inputs are not correct. Wind is a huge variable and if their model does not match the actual conditions you experienced i.e. wind direction, wind speed etc.. then the numbers will be out of whack. Also numbers such as rolling resistance (crr) of .003 might not be so accurate in real life if you're basing those on roller measurements. Depending on the quality of the asphalt a 0.003 tire might roll a 0.005 on rougher roads. I would say try to repeat the test on a less windy day and I might also suggest running multiple smaller loops instead of an out/back.
For more accurate testing you can do on your own see this thread
