IM Florida - When Does it Usually Fill Up

I'm thinking about getting back in the game and registering for IM Florida. When does this typically fill up....any insight would be appreciated.

Hard to say. Last year was 20th and the hurricane might have people sitting back watching the computer this year. Hearing the Pros are back might bring more people in but they need to promote that since I have only seen that news here on ST.

Where did you hear they're bringing Pros back? This race used to sell out the minute the registration opened but now you could sign up within a month of it. I wonder if having a pro field will bring the attraction back?

#FakeNews. Sold out in early July 2018 -- about 4 months in advance.

I am the one that said Pro race will happen. Will only be male pros this year. Likely female pro race in 2020.

Oh heck yes! My first Ironman as an amateur, possibly last as pro. Flat and fast is how I like it.
