I usually wake up when mine throws the first pitcher of water on my head. Wait, I've got a feeling we aren't talking about the water.

But that dude is in trouble. You don't stay out that long for nothing.

I'm beginning to think that we are much more fucked than I thought.

With Mrs. Duffy, it ain’t water and it doesn’t come from a pitcher.

Civilize the mind, but make savage the body.

It must work well because the guy doing the revival technique was filmed later practicing the technique on himself; trying to become a master. For a second it looked like he was in pain, but he overcame it quickly. It obviously works.

Wow, that's scary. And it suggests what I was thinking might be correct--that we just watched a dude die.

Undoubtedly unrelated, but I’d read recently that for extreme trauma involving bleedouts, that if in doubt as to what to do, just apply extreme pressure to the groin region. Perhaps to stop the femoral artery sending all that flow south regardless of whether the bleed is in that area.

But then my recollection is probably all whacked.

Actually, the technique is to keep the testicles away from the kidneys. The fight doctor explains it

h

That would be the fight traditional healer explaining it. Dude is not a doctor. Neither am I, but his explanation doesn’t make a whole lot of sense. However, I look forward to his technique being adopted through professional boxing and MMA.

Get your dick knocked in the dirt and get a free handy from the village 'doctor'. If you have to be revived more than twice, does that make them common-law partners?
