No idea. How do you learn to do that without permanently crippling yourself? Plus, did she wake up one morning and think "Hey, I bet I could jump way up in the air and come down in the splits, bounce off the floor into a standing position, smile all the time, and still be able to walk to the edge of the mat."

Yeah, watching that split--->bounce--->standing part of the routine had me definitely cringe at the thought of how many things I would have torn or crushed in my body attempting to do that.

She'd already been there, done that. She got injured so decided to compete at the collegiate level. Probably a healthier environment, anyway.
