Republicans are taking a hit, but more people will start to say “end the shutdown “ and the Dems will back down in some fashion.

It will be over when they give him money for the Wall or he declares a National Emergency and takes the money from another source.

I predict it won't be over for a long time (June 2019) as he walked back a little on the Emergency plan this weekend.
