I've really enjoyed the articles and banter on this site! The subject pretty well says it all but I'm wondering if there are any genetically bigger guys out there that can still compete at the top of their age group. I'm 5"10 and at 175 I'm quite lean for my body type. I have no idea what my body fat % is but if I had to guess I'd say under 10%. Anyone else just bigger but still keeping up/beating up on the naturally skinny guys?I'm 6"2 and 170lbs....I'm thin and little fat by appearance. I had my body fat measured as a project for a friend....did the submersion and bod-pod thing....and my body fat was 17%. You would be surprised how much more your body fat is than you think. With your size there has to be a lot of muscle but you really don't know (assuming its even important) until you get measured by in a bod-pod at least.
Does anyone use a fancy scale to test body fat and if so, are they even in the ballpark of being accurate? Sumbersion/bod-pod....sounds fancy! haha
Yea they are fancy. I was a test dummy for a project.
