Ironman training plan
I'm looking for a Ironman Training plan for Ironman Hamburg. I have been looking at the Training Peaks options and the 2 I'm most interested in is the Matt Fitzgerald 80/20 level 3 23 week plan or the Phil Moseley 24 week advanced plan.
Phil's plan shows 2 weeks snapshot of week layout whereas the Matt Fitzgerald one doesnt. Has anyone got any experience of them they are will to share.
For a little background I'm hoping to be around the 9-9.30 hour mark with around 12-17 hours a week training.

I got the Level 9(24 week) Plan from Matt F. I was really happy with it. If you are going 9-9:30 then something like the volume he had would be in your wheelhouse. I think it averaged 16-20 hours a week, lots of big bike volume.

Was it long ride Saturday, long run Sunday or where they split up?

usually long bike Saturday and then long run sunday. I usually did long run Friday with the long ride sat just b/c it fit my schedule better.
