In town for a week and would like to know which location has the nicest spread for lifting heavy.

I've been to the one on Mills Ave and they appear to have a decent amount. The Winter Park YMCA is a lot nicer than the one on Mills IMO. (can't speak for the free weight selection though)

I’ve used the rose ymca a few times in the past. If you are staying in the area your hotel may have a deal with them that allows you free entry.
The free weight area is smaller, but it isn’t very busy. There should be more than enough weight for you. I tried to find pics of the weight room, but all the pics online are of the pool - which is an amazing pool BTW.

Dr Phillips BY FAR. It’s the newest and nicest YMCA in CFL. That said... where are you staying? Traffic here kinda sucks.
