Even Glenn Greenwald, no Republican or conservative at all, says that as the psychotic attention whore enters the third year of his presidency he's started no new wars (the same can't be said of the last two fellows) and he looks like he's trying to end the two wars he inherited. That's a bad thing? You want to be mad at someone over all this, be mad at the last two presidents, both of whom did a generally execrable job in the position to which they were elected. They set the conditions that made it possible for this fellow to win the White House.

Libya is his failed state baby. Syria is on his plate as well. Yemen's another one. Other than that, and the extra-judicial killings of Americans overseas, usually via a Predator drone and a Hellfire missile or two, he was a pretty peaceable fellow. Noble Peace Prize-worthy, in fact.

When did President Obama start a war in Libya? Do you mean the 19 country NATO led military intervention to end hostilities against civilians in 2011? How is that starting a war?

President Obama was hesitant to draw the US further into the Syrian civil war, Trump shares the same sentiment. He is now pulling all the troops out which will probably not end well for the Kurds and other marginalized groups.
