Winter Bike Position Changes?
Well what would December and January be without a bunch of critic my fit threads? I’ve been on my Felt B16 for a couple of years and really like it but I think it could get me into a better position.

Things I’m considering:
  • Changing cranks to 165 or 160 from 172.5
  • Lowering the front
  • Some sort of saddle height change

Here’s a video and a couple of stills. I was 30 minutes into the ST Rise & Grind pushing what I did for my last 70.3.

I don’t know a ton about fitting, but it looks to me like you are really scrunched up in the front. I think you could increase your reach, which would flatten your back out a bit. That was the first thing that popped out in watching the video only once.

Like legit too small or just needs the cockpit to be farther forward?
