Bicycletoworld.com in Indonesia legit ?
I was looking at some LIv Avow Advanced bikes online.
I came on what I think looks like a good deal:
http://bicycletoworld.com/...nced-pro-1-2017.html
I sent an email and received an answer from Indonesia.
Anybody bought from them before ? Are they legit ?

Thanks for the help,

Louis :-)

Stop and ask yourself if that seems legit at those prices?

Yeah, I misspelled the name on my first search.
I found it now, along with many Indonesia scam sites... lol...

Has anyone ever posted a question about a site and it turns out to be legit?

If you're suspicious enough to post the question, it's not legit.

The point is, ladies and gentleman, that speed, for lack of a better word, is good. Speed is right, Speed works. Speed clarifies, cuts through, and captures the essence of the evolutionary spirit.

Best way to find out is to email the bike company itself. I found a cheap Scicon case on bikeinn before (like, several hundred dollars less). So, to be sure it was legit, I contacted Scicon to see if they were an authorized retailer. Once I got the “yes” from Scicon, I purchased the bag and got it delivered-in perfect condition-a week later.

Moral: ask Giant....

Bicycletoworld.com is an absolute scam. There is no shop in Bali, the individuals involved are in Jakarta, the images are from a shop in Bali called NovaBikes which closed down in 2018 and the logo from a bike shop in Wako Texas. The bikes shown are copy - pasted from other vendors and the prices made up. The individuals first claim they accept Paypal but at the last minute request a bank wire to a bank in Jakarta. How do I know because I was foolish enough to do it. When I finally figured out what is going on and I had their website closed down they promised to return the money but it has not happened. Beware!
