While an integral BBbox might be prettier than a swat (match color and shape to frame) and assuming it be possible with cable routing and carbon layup, and make it waterproof.... Would it be as handy as something you can remove, replace and clean or opt to leave off completely?

Is there a UCI rule against compartments?

Just to be clear, I am not a Dimond employee. I don't know anyone that's done something similar to what you are asking, Dimond doesn't have such a product for sure. For my Brilliant I use an X-lab aero pouch for my flat kit. It works pretty well, helps keep the BTS bottles from launching, and is purportedly aero.
