Computrainer Jack-to-DB9 schematics
Hi,

I broke recently my Jack-to-DB9 adapter and I would like to replace it. It seems now hard to find...

I would like to repair it myself and I wonder if there is any documentations/schematics available somewhere describing the connections.

Since Racermate is out of business, all documents you can provide me is good to have since we will have do every troubleshooting ourself now.

Do you think we can contact them about this?

Thanks,
Fred

I probably don't know what I'm talking about, but my Computrainer connection appears to be just a DB9 male with a female 3.5 mini jack port built in. There are a lot of DB9 with cable to male mini jack units available (Google "mini jack to DB9").Use a female/female mini jack connector and I don't see why it wouldn't perform the same function -just a little clunkier. But then, I may be wrong and someone with more tech smarts can set us straight.
